DOMESTIC LEGAL REPRESENTATION
For those who need services outside of mediation, Lauren's litigation practice includes divorce, uncontested divorce, divorce modification, step parent adoption, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, legitimation, contempts, and drafting wills for estate planning.
She has made more than 200 appearances in court, conducting both bench and jury trials, and has aided in more than 20 appellate cases.
